Next Beginner’s Course

Hello all! We now have details on our next Beginner’s Course, starting June 2026:

Our next archery beginners course runs on:

Thursday 11th June 18.00-21.00
Thursday 18th June 18.00-21.00
Thursday 25th June 18.00-21.00
Thursday 2nd July 18.00-21.00

The course runs for 4 consecutive weeks, and you must attend all sessions to complete the course. Parking and toilet facilities are available on site. Please bring your own food and drinks. This course is held at our outdoor venue at Jubilee Playing Fields, Markfield.

Please wear weather-appropriate clothing and shoes. Please note that even though this is a Summer course, the field can become quite muddy, depending on the weather.

Accessibility: The field is down a slope, or there is an alternative stairs route. If you have mobility issues and need assistance getting down to the field, please do not hesitate to alert a club member. If you have concerns, please email us.

The course price is a one-off payment of £65. There is an additional £60 deposit for equipment hire, which is fully refundable.

If you have completed the beginner’s course and wish to join KMAC, you are very welcome to, and we would love to have you! Information about how to join KMAC will be explained to you in the course.

The course runs for 5 consecutive weeks, and you must attend all sessions to complete the course. Parking and toilet facilities are available on site. Please bring your own food and drinks. This course is held at our winter venue at Brookdale Groby Learning Campus. This is inside a sports hall where it can sometimes get cold, so please bring a jacket in colder weather.

The course price is £65 and is a one-off payment. There is also an additional cost of £60 for the equipment hire which is fully refundable.
